IOT Based Advanced Automatic Liquid Level Control System using Python,Virtual Reality and Embedded System control’s and monitor’s liquid level of the tank and updates the same to the IOT webpage.
The speed of dc motor increases as well as decreases as per water level in the tank.if there is dry run condition than system will be forced to the standby mode for specific time to avoid any damage to the motor.
Python is used to enhance design of system by integrating virtual reality with it,i.e,live liquid level,motor speed,vessel temperature will be displayed on the screen,and also it receives strings from circuit and updates that strings to the IOT webpage socket programming is implemented for connecting system to the internet..
The webpage displays liquid level,vessel temperature and motor speed,and dry run indicator for alert condition.
the system has three modes of operation as follows,
1)Normal Operation:The motor speed will be controlled as per water level.
2)Dry run Condition:the motor will stop and buzzer will be active during this stage.
3)extended wait:as soon as tank water level reachs to its maximum value system will sleep for 1 hour and after hour it will sense the current water level and forces the system to the normal operation again.
